What do I get with Howling BassetHowling Basset will attend the Wedding Ceremony and Reception.
We'll photograph your ceremony and take as many photographs as we're allowed to do. This completely depends on where it takes place. There are more restrictions placed on interior photographs taken in church as opposed to a civil ceremony. The majority of the photographs are then taken after the ceremony, either at the cermony address or at the reception, depending on which, or both, is more suitable and photogenic. At the reception we'll ask the couple to pose for a 'fake' cake cutting before the wedding breakfast. This is where we finish our coverage. NB: If you'd like us to cover the bridal preparations then there may have to be a discretionary charge for this, if it's at a separate venue to the ceremony, your home for example, depending on distance and other variables. But If you're getting ready at the ceremony venue then the "getting ready" shots are included in the price and there's no additional charge. Please email us to find out. We don't cover the first dance as this would mean waiting for hours just for one shot and our prices would have to go up accordingly. If you'd like us to cover the first dance and beyond then please contact us. We take as many photographs as possible, depending on the weather, number of guests etc but it's usually somewhere between 150-300 shots. All of which are included on your disk. For the £750, we provide a disk of all the high resolution photographs taken and this will be with you two weeks after the wedding. This can be sooner if you need, but we usually wait until you're back from honeymoon. The reason for the delay is that we go through each photograph to crop, balance the colours and make any corrections thought necessary. We also put all the photographs onto your very own web site for your friends and family to see and comment at no extra cost. You'll also receive a DVD "showreel" of all the shots set to music of your choice and some art prints too. A deposit of £150 secures the booking with the balance due a couple of weeks before the big day. Howling Basset doesn't include a visit prior to the wedding, as most couples are happy to discuss their requirements over the phone or via email.
