The Howling Basset Kent portrait photography service is very different to that of other portrait photographers. We believe that you should have full ownership and control of your photos, so with Howling Basset you will own the copyright to your photographs. This means you'll receive a disk containing all your portrait photos, so you can print, copy and share them. Plus you can buy your own frames or canvasses.

Other portrait photographers charge extortionate prices for prints, frames and canvasses and the photos will never be yours.

Studio or other location?

Your photo session will be unique to you and will be for one hour. You can come to the Howling Basset photography studio here in Ashford in Kent, or we can come to you (a small mileage charge may be applied - please ask for details). So in the studio, at home, the countryside, the city, the beach - the choice is yours.

NEVER Work with kids and animals

I have 4 kids and two Basset hounds, so I’m very used to dealing with camera shy kids and boisterous pets. I understand that sometimes children don’t always want to ‘co-operate’ and if they're not willing on the day then another date can be arranged at no extra cost.

Presenting your portrait photos

With Howling Basset portrait photography you will receive your images on a disk, so you can buy your own prints, frames or canvasses. We will be very happy to give advice on the best way to present your photographs - after all, they are unique and precious, and you'll want to keep them for a long time. For your convenience, you can order prints from your personal Howling Basset web gallery, plus we offer a 'Design Your Own Frame' web service along with a selection of photo books and albums.
