Howling Basset: the service
Your Howling Basset photographer will be with you through the bridal preparations, the wedding ceremony, reception and your first dance*
We take as many photographs as possible, depending on the weather, number of guests etc but it's usually somewhere between 200-500 shots. All of which are included on your disk.
For the £995, we'll provide you with all the copyright free high resolution photographs taken (this is unlike most other wedding photographers who retain ownership of your photos and charge high prices for prints and albums) this will be with you approximately two to three weeks after the wedding. The reason for the delay is that we go through each photograph to crop, balance the colours and make any corrections thought necessary. We'll also put everything onto your very own web page for your friends and family to see and comment on. You'll also receive a DVD "showreel" of all the shots set to music of your choice and an 80 page - 7"x 7" Photobook.

The different photographic styles explained:
- Traditional (Classical) - This the most formal style where the guests are posed and arranged.
- Reportage (Documentary) - More creative, natural shots without the photographer being too visible.
- Contemporary - A combination of the two above.
Howling Basset fall into the latter, Contemporary, style. Combining the formal setting up of group shots with capturing any spontaneous moments.

A deposit of £150 secures the booking with the balance due a couple of weeks before the big day. Howling Basset doesn't include a visit prior to the wedding, as most couples are happy to discuss their requirements over the phone or via email. Peace of Mind
Howling Basset has full Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance, for your peace of mind.
Howling Basset Limited comprises of hand-picked and hugely experienced Kent based wedding photographers.
On days with multiple weddings, Howling Basset employs another photographer as a standby in case of an emergency.

Photographer's meal
Because the photographer is effectively with you all day, right up until the first dance, you will need to provide a meal for them. This doesn't have to be with your guests, or to the same standard (or expense) of the "wedding breakfast" but a simple meal would be greatly appreciated.
* First Dance: In the booking process we'll ask for the time of the first dance, our coverage will extend until 30mins after this. If your timings run over then there may well have to be an additional charge for this extra time.
