I have a lovely set up for editing. An old but nasty MacPro, 128GB of RAM and fully pimped with a current Graphics card. Together with a £1500 Eizo for perfect and consistent colour. But when I finally come to export those lovely jpegs the whole thing grinds to a halt until they’re all done.
So I hunted for a second, although not as well specced, Eizo on eBay. Bought the Eizo external calibrating dangly thing and worked getting the two in the same colour space.
Now when the one Mac is busy on an export I just glide over to the other and edit a different job. #lovelyjubbly 🙂
